As a child one of my favorite things that I remember is my mothers cupcakes. My mom could make some of the best cupcakes that a girl could remember. It was like having two snacks in one. The cool refreshment of the mint mixed with the chocolate of the cupcake left an enjoying feature within my mouth.

The Gourmet Cupcake Coffee flavored cupcakes were a hit with my mother and sister. The younger set did not enjoy these as much as I reckon the taste of coffee truly had something to do with that.
