Today is national Prime Rib day. Want to make a yummy prime rib roast check out this recipe
Prime rib roast
1 kg prime ribs
Marinating sauce:
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp paprika
2tsp mustard powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Season the rib with marinating sauce and set aside in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
2. Sear the rib in hot oil. Transfer this to a roasting pan and brown in the oven till done. Baste the meat with sauce a few times during cooking.
Besides adding ½ tbsp of sugar to the marinating sauce and using extra 1 tbsp honey for glazing, I had left the meat to cook till just done while searing and then only did the browning in the oven.
Annies Home a place where I love to share tips, recipes and wonderful products that I find for our family along the way.

sometimes I love those recipes like mom would have made because they seem so homey. When I was growing up mom made lots of sandwiches recipes and paired chips with them all

... 1 green bell pepper seeded and chopped
1/4 cup steak sauce (like A1)
1 cup beef broth
provolone cheese

Crumble the ground beef into a skillet and add the chopped onion and pepper. Begin to cook, when the beef is about half cooked, add the broth and steak sauce. Cook until all items are done and allow to simmer and cook down/thicken.

Safe Hands Safe squirts
SafeHands is the dream child of Dr. Jay who gathered a team of experts to develop an alternative to mainstream alcohol-based hand sanitizers. The goal was to develop a product that not only killed over 99.9% of germs. A product that not only helps soothe, nourish, and preserve the natural oils in skin.
.- Pink – Bubble Gum (available in 1.75 fl. oz. / 7 fl. oz.)
- Blue – Cool Blue (available in 1.75 fl. oz. / 7 fl. oz. / 18 fl. oz.)
- Green – Tooty Fruity (available in 1.75 fl. oz. / 7 fl. oz.)
Safe squirts are perfect as a hand sanitizer that helps moisturize. Comes in convenient sizes that are perfect for travel and kills more than 99.9 of germs.
My opinion:I working in the nursing department and must have clean hands. I am not always able to wash my hands at all times so most times I was having to use some sort of alcohol gel. I am so happy with safe squirts as it comes in a small enough bottle to hold in my pocket and gentle on my hands providing me with a product that cleans my hands and does not dry them out like alcohol gel did.
You can purchase safe squirts on the Safe hands website
