Organically Hatched Review

Organically hatched

Organically Hatched, the name just sounds like something grand. The name implies that from the beginning with no fear the products they have are all organic. Oh how special to supply the best products to your children but the best with a great price well how can you beat that? Organically Hatched strives to bring you the best organic baby products. Once again a mother inspired idea was how Organically Hatched came to life. As a new mother there is little time for anything but the one you love and yourself. So when it came to shopping for organic items there simply took to long and the idea to bring the best organic items together in one website came to mind. Organically Hatched has some of the best organically made items from maternity needs to entertainment for your child to clothing. Oh what a special place Organically Hatched is.

We received a pair of the lime green aqua sandals. These are cute since they will be for my granddaughter and grandma has a pair just like them. Organically Hatched sells these great aqua sandals for a terrific price and I am so proud that Katelynn will receive a pair of them. For puddle jumping to wearing by the pool aqua sandals will be the perfect wear for this summer.

I could just imagine my little princess in an Easter dress like this. If you have a princess to dress you should check out the clothing styles for both boys and girls. Scensibles Little Bags Review

I am a mother of six children, three of them being girls. We are not the type of family that sits at home and does nothing. Rather we are always on the go. We Travel here and travel fro and always moving about. Since my children are all in their teens now certain things have changed with them. One of them is that they have matured (well at least their bodies have LOL). During our travels with often hike, camp, and play outdoors. Often there is only a crude bathroom available. So often problems arise with what they will do after using the bathroom with the material that may need thrown away. The Scensibles little bags are perfect for this. The Scensibles allow modesty to be kept in hand while life continues on the natural route.

Scensibles are great little bags to use whenever and wherever needed and because they are personal size a few of them can fit in ones pocket perfectly. The scensibles possess a pleasant scent. These great little Scensibles bags resemble tiny little shopping bags or what I would call a door hanger bag. The great little scensible bags tie up easily using the usable tie handles which makes them super easy to use.

Have you ever been in a public bathroom and seen signs that said please don't flush tampons. Well I have and the reason is because these little items create large problems with sceptic systems. The Scensibles bags cut down on exposure to pathogens that may be possible as well as harmful germs. These great little scensibles bags help to decrease the unpleasant odor as well as the plumbing cost that could build up if these little bags were not used. Best of all by disposing the tampons and etc.. in these little bags there is no need for it to be seen in the garbage reducing embarrassing moments.

So for a sanitary Savings solution remember scensibles little bags.

Mommy Hook Review

Have you ever been somewhere with your little one and wished you had more hands? I know that this has happened one to many times to me. Now with the invention of the mommy hook these days are gone forever. You do have an extra hand in the form of the Mommy Hook. No more needing to carry all the bags when you can simply hook the clip to the stroller and then clip the bag to the clip. What a great invention and I feel a much needed one.
The Mommy Hook is the perfect stroller hanger. With a mouth and closure big enough to carry several different items at one time. The Mommy Hook has been built to last with strong but lightweight metal. The clip will fit virtually all stroller handles which is nice because it is nearly universal product. The rubber grip helps the clip to stay in place and cuts down on slipping. The Mommy hook can be used on the stroller for all those festivals, outings and walks. Have you ever been to a large flea market where every time you buy something they give you a bag? Well now you know what to do you can hook all the bags onto the clip.
For all your needs or for someone who has their hands full you now have the Mommy Hook that can offer that helping hand. Remember the Mommy Hook for the next time you are headed out and know that you will just need an extra hand.

3x Thursday

I would love to share a weekly meme with you known as the 3x Thursday found here

1.How's the climate where you live right now? Too cold? Too hot? What's your preferred climate?

I love the weather right now Spring in Illinois is always great . I wish it would stay like it is now 60 to 70 degrees and warm not hot not cold sort of like room temp

2. Is it 'spring' where you live yet? If so, how can you tell? If not, when does spring usually occur?

I would say yes we have reached the door way but you never know in Illinois what will happen next

3. Depending on the season, what's the preferred temperature in your house? What kind of things do you do (heat, a/c, fans, etc) to make your environment most comfortable for yourself?

Like it around 70 we do all we have to keep it that way

Oh the great feeling of being a little girl and dressing to the T is a feeling that I remember. No matter how young or old we are true ladies always feel great when they put on the Ritz. Gigis Apparel helps the little members among us to do just that. Gigis recently sent us a charming light pink hat with a very large pink flower that looked great on Katelynn's head. It was so cute. We also received some darling light pink lacy tights that are being saved to be wore for Sunday church days and Easter.

Are the lacy tights not just the most adorable things you have ever seen. Those little toes against the lace have a special spring cuteness. Gigis Apparel seems to bring fun into even the most loveliest items.

Five Blessed Bows Review

Five Blessed Bows

These beautiful creative bows are the cutest items going for your princess's hair. I know that I want the best for my darling little girls and I am sure that you do to. Five Blessed Bows have clips, baby gripper clips, pony tail holders, and headbands among the top sellers. That is not the only reason to love Five Blessed Bows is terrific.

I also love the spirit in which the creators of the Five Blessed Bows look at life. They believe as I do that God is the creator and that He created beautiful little girls. By expressing their belief that God has created each little girl to be a special individuals who should feel treasured. Therefor Alison and Tracy, the creators of Five Blessed Bows, have decided to help young girls feel like a princess every day.

I can remember raising my girls how fun it was to fix my daughters hair. It was a bonding experience for mom and daughter as well as a time to create self esteem. Moms who spend time with their daughters seem to do better in life. Five Blessed Bows helps foster this with all of their great selection of hair products created for little girls. Now the love that I shared with my daughter has been passed down to my daughter to be shared with my granddaughter. What fun they will have as they take the time each day to dress up like little princess.

Five Blessed Bows was created when mothers started noticing the great hair accessories in Allison and Tracy daughters hair. Allison and Tracy are stay at home moms who took their love and hobby of ribbon work to a new business adventure. The name 5 blessed bows comes from their belief in god and the number of children they had at the time. To me that would be the two greatest loves of my life, God and my children.

The great bows created by Five Blessed Bows are created just for you, the costumer. The great bows are designed to withstand lots of wear. Five Blessed Bows are heat sealed and hand folded in a great smoke free home. They truly pack love into each Five Blessed Bow they sell.

St Patricks Day Facts and Legends

As pointed out by Fox News here are some facts and Legends of St. Patricks day
  1. The potato crop was traditionally planted in Ireland after March 17 (have any of you heard that the best day to start planting potatos would be st. Patricks day? For years I have heard this and many including my dad was guided by it)
  2. Blue not green is the color originally associated with St Patrick. “St Patrick’s Blue” is used on Ireland's Presidential Standard or flag, while the Irish Guards sport a plume of St Patrick’s blue in their bearskins. The emphasis on green is thought to be linked to “wearing the Green”, a symbol from the 18th century on, of sympathy with Irish independence. (This is very odd is it not since many of us automatically associate St. Patricks day with green)
  3. St Patrick is patron of fishermen in the Loire, where a legend associates him with a blackthorn bush. The saint is said to have slept beneath it, and when he awoke the next day, Christmas, the bush flowered, and was said to have continued to do so every Christmas until its destruction during the First World War. (This is new to me since I had never heard of it before)
  4. A regiment of the Mexican army in the 1846 -8 War between Mexico and America was named after St Patrick. Members of the Batellón de San Patricio included Afro-Americans freshly liberated from the slave plantations of the South, and the soldiers were granted Mexican citizenship afterwards. (great way to escape from slavery but to do so through war must of been rough as well. This fact is new to me as well)
  5. The first St Patrick’s Day parade took place in 1737 in Boston, followed in 1762 by New York. George Washington allowed his soldiers a holiday on March 17, 1780 as “an act of solidarity with the Irish in their fight for independence.” (St. Patricks day has long been an American point of pride and many places will once again celebrate with parades and parties)
  6. Until the 1970’s, all pubs were shut in Ireland on St Patrick’s Day, and the sole venue selling drink the annual dog show. Lenten fasting – and the obligation to abstain from meat – were lifted on the day, which most families would begin with Mass. (This is the religious aspect of St. Patrics Day)
  7. St Patrick’s Day is a public holiday in Ireland and also in Monserrat "the Emerald Isle of the Carribean,” so called because it was settled in 1633 by Irish migrants from St Kitts. ( I recently saw a picture of the emerald Isle it is beautiful. I had never seen it before but truely a wonderful color green)
  8. According to legend, on the day of Judgement, while Christ judges all other nations, St Patrick will be the judge of the Irish. (This legend is truely a folk lore)
  9. Since 1962, tons of green dye are tipped on St Patrick’s Day into the Chicago river, although the quantity has reduced, for environmental reasons, from 100 to 40. (I have seen this on T.V. and it truely turns the water green. I think it is very pretty)

This was my point on St. Patricks day aided by Fox News and if you would like to read more heads or tails on different points then feel free to visit here.

Thousand Word Thursday

The same little princess that I have bragged on before and her daddy. I want you to know that this little girl is all ready talking and saying 2 words da and hi. I love it it is so cute. Here is a picture of her daddy. We Love daddy as well for everything that he does. He has such a big heart he not only loves this little girl but also works full time to provide for his family, works as much as he can for volunteer fire fighter, volunteers at the church every chance he gets and he participated in the polar bear plunge for charity. Make Something Monday

Make something Monday was actually created on Sunday when I needed to make brownies with no brownie mix in the house. I normally keep lots of brownie mixes on hand because with six children you never know when you will have to take something somewhere. When asked at church Sunday to bring a great brownie recipe to the youth event I had no problem or worry. At least I thought until I arrived home. There was no brownie mixes and I did not want to travel to the store so what was I to do? I located a recipe on the internet to create brownies here is the recipe

one chocolate cake mix

1/2 c water

1 egg

Mix all together and then spread in 9x13 Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. These were great and went over well. Thank goodness for quick thinking and the wonderful www.
