Thanks for the excellent time saving tip!<br /><br />I usually make our egg burritos in a pan although I usually have to cook the eggs first in a skillet, then remove the eggs from pan, add the eggs to the tortilla, fold over the tortilla and then place the tortilla in a new skillet and cook until it's crisp. This can take about 20-30 minutes until the Breakfast Burrito is finished. <br /><br />Therefore having the option to cook in the microwave is fantastic idea.
