Gallbladder Good Health Day

So I know many individuals that have had surgery to remove their gallbladder. So from that I know that the gallbladder is not a required organ to live. But that was about all that I was aware of. So I did a bit of research , I like to stay up to date so that if something occurs and I need the information I have it.

The gallbladder is part of the digestive system and also helps keep liver healthy. Fatty greasy foods are not good for the gall bladder.

Women are 3 to 4 times more likely to suffer gallbladder attacks than men. So what does the gall bladder look like and what can you and I do to avoid attacks



A gall bladder is 4 to 5 inches big and looks like a baby eggplant ( in some opinions) It is located just under the rib cage and liver. It is rare for people under 40 to need their gallbladder removed. There are a few things you can do to help avoid future gall bladder problems These include:
